Method
1.Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water until just tender; drain. Rinse pasta under cold water; drain well. Transfer to a large bowl; cool.
2.Add remaining ingredients to pasta in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
For the perfect balanced lunch, add fresh fruit, grissini (bread sticks) and water. Not suitable to freeze. Pasta suitable to microwave.
