Method
1.Heat oiled barbecue grill plate; cook sausages, turning, 15 minutes or until cooked. Cut in half lengthways.
2.Meanwhile, cook onion and thyme on the heated oiled barbecue flat plate, stirring, 3 minutes or until onion softens. Add apple cider and sugar; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is caramelised.
3.Place coleslaw in a large bowl with dressing; toss gently to combine.
4.Split bread rolls lengthways through the top; microwave on HIGH (100%) 30 seconds or until warm. Spread rolls with mustard; fill with sausages, coleslaw, onion and cheese. Serve with sauce.
You can use four small baguettes instead of the white rolls, if you prefer.
