Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease 12-hole (⅓-cup/80ml) muffin pan.
2.Remove flowers from zucchini; remove and discard stamens from flowers. Slice zucchini thinly.
3.To make quiche filling; whisk ingredients in large jug.
4.Cut twelve 9cm rounds from pastry; press into pan holes. Divide combined sliced zucchini, cheeses and chives into pastry cases; pour quiche filling into pastry cases. Top each quiche with a zucchini flower.
5.Bake quiches about 25 minutes. Stand in pan 5 minutes before serving.
