Combine butter, garlic and half the bush tomato in a small bowl; season. Combine macadamias and remaining bush tomato in another small bowl; season to taste.
Heat a barbecue (or grill plate or pan) to high heat. Drizzle cabbage with olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until tender and charred. Transfer to a chopping board; brush with bush tomato butter.
Arrange cabbage wedges on a serving platter; sprinkle with macadamia mixture. Serve cabbage hot with any remaining butter.
You could use baby sugarloaf cabbage in this recipe; it is also known as bambino sweet baby cabbage.

What is bush tomato?
Bush tomato is a native Australian fruit and has a wonderful herbaceous tomato flavour. It is available in whole and ground form from specialty grocers, gourmet food stores and online. If you prefer, you can flavour your butter with other herbs such as thyme.
