Ingredients

Method

1.

Process the macadamias until finely chopped.

2.

Add the medjool dates, figs, 2 tablespoons white chia seeds, ground cinnamon. Process until well combined.

3.

Add about 2 teaspoons hot water; process until the mixture comes together.

4.

With damp hands, roll 2 level teaspoons of mixture into balls. Roll balls in 1 cup white chia seeds to coat. Place on a baking paper lined oven tray. Refrigerate for one hour.
