Ingredients
Method
Combine garlic, ginger, cooking wine and pork in a small bowl.
Combine sesame oil, kecap manis and sweet chilli sauce in a small jug.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry pork mixture for 5 minutes or until browned, breaking up lumps with a chan, or a large mixing spoon or spatula. Add beans and corn; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender.
Add sauce mixture and noodles to wok; stir-fry until heated through. Stir in half the green onion. Top with coriander and remaining green onion.
Pork noodle stir fry swaps
Fresh udon noodles are available from the refrigerated section of supermarkets. Use your favourite fresh noodles, such as rice or hokkien, if you prefer.
Feel free to replace the green beans and corn with other vegetables you might have on hand, such as Asian greens, broccoli, asparagus or cabbage.
What is a wok chan?
A wok chan is a shovel-like, flat-ended implement traditionally used to move food around a wok. The shape makes lifting and turning easy. For a non-stick wok, choose a chan made from silicon; for a carbon steel wok, metal is best.
