Who doesn’t love a sweet and chewy Mars Bar slice? Chocolate, caramel, the crunch of Rice Bubbles and of course, melted Mars Bars… this no-bake wonder if a true please all. We’ve used milk chocolate to replicate the classic joy of the Mars Bar, but if white chocolate or dark chocolate is your preference, that would work too!
To get the best results, make sure you have a trusty non-stick slice tin on hand, as well as a metal mixing spoon.
It’s perfect for kid’s parties or just to satisfy the sweet tooth.

No-bake mars bar slice
Grease a 18cm x 28cm slice pan. Line base and two long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above edge of pan.
Place Mars Bar and butter in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat for 5 minutes or until melted.
Place Rice Bubbles in a large heatproof bowl. Add Mars Bar mixture; stir to combine. Press mixture firmly into pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Combine chocolate and oil in a medium heatproof bowl. Place bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water (don’t let water touch base of bowl); stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Spread evenly over slice. Refrigerate until set.
Using a hot knife, cut into small bars.
The mixture may look separated when melting the Mars Bars and butter, but will come back together after stirring for about 5 minutes. Store the slice in an airtight container in the fridge.
