1.Cook gnocchi in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until gnocchi float to the surface; drain.
2.Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan, cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Stir in wine, cream and stock, bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, 2 minutes.
3.Add spinach and cheese to pan, cook, stirring, until spinach is just wilted and cheese melts.
4.Serve gnocchi topped with spinach cream sauce.
