Method

1.Segment oranges and grapefruits into medium bowl.
2.Blend or process ice, mint, sugar and juice until ice is crushed.
3.Serve fruit segments with granita, top with a few extra fresh mint leaves, if you like.

Make the lime and mint granita at the last minute ­ it will melt quickly if left waiting. Cut the top and bottom off each orange and grapefruit, cut down the side following the curve of the fruit, to remove the rind and white pith. Segment the fruit over a plate or bowl, cutting between the membrane. To make the granita, process the ice, mint, sugar and juice until the ice is crushed.
