1.Cook four thigh fillets in heated oiled large frying pan until cooked through, slice thickly. Meanwhile, combine sugar, vinegar and water in small saucepan, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Stir in hoisin sauce and garlic, bring to a boil then remove from heat.
2.Top chicken with sauce then sprinkle with 2 finely sliced green onions. Goes well with steamed jasmine rice.
