Ingredients: Wasabi dressing; 3/4 cup (225g) mayonnaise; 2 tablespoon lime juice; 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar; 3 teaspoon wasabi; 2 cup (400g) jasmine rice; 2 medium avocados (500g), halved, chopped coarsely; 2 tablespoon lime juice; 1 cup (50g) snow pea tendrils, chopped coarsely; 1 sheet nori, shredded finely

Wasabi dressing

3/4 cup (225g) mayonnaise

2 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

3 teaspoon wasabi

2 cup (400g) jasmine rice

2 medium avocados (500g), halved, chopped coarsely

2 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup (50g) snow pea tendrils, chopped coarsely

1 sheet nori, shredded finely

Method

1.Combine ingredients for wasabi dressing in small bowl.

2.Cook rice in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.

3.Combine avocado and juice in large bowl. Add rice, dressing, tendrils and nori; stir gently to combine.
