Method
1.Place cardamom, pistachios and coconut flakes in a mortar and pestle; grind until fine crumbs form with some larger chunks remaining. Season with a small pinch of salt.
2.Blend mango, yoghurt, lime rind and juice, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender until smooth.
3.Pour lassi into glasses and sprinkle with pistachio mixture to serve.
