Method
1.Shell 454g thawed frozen green soya beans (edamame), place beans in a large bowl. Cover with boiling water, stand 4 minutes, then drain well.
2.Process beans with sesame oil, olive oil, garlic clove, lemon juice, water, and salt until mixture is a coarse puree. Coarsely chop chives. Stir ¼ cup of the chives into the dip, sprinkle remaining chives over top. Serve dip with assorted crackers.
