1. Shell and devein prawns; chop prawns coarsely.
2.Heat sesame oil with half the peanut oil in wok; stir-fry onion, garlic, ginger and sambal until onion softens. Add chicken; stir-fry until browned. Add prawns; stir-fry until prawns change colour. Add rice, wombok, sprouts, onion and kecap manis; stir-fry until hot, season to taste.
3.Meanwhile, heat remaining peanut oil in large frying pan; fry eggs, one side only, until barely set.
4.Serve bowls of nasi goreng topped with eggs.
