Method
1.Combine diced lamb and piri piri seasoning in medium bowl. Thread lamb onto skewers. Cook skewers on heated oiled grill plate (or grill pan or barbecue).
2.Cook haloumi on heated oiled grill plate until browned both sides. Divide lamb and haloumi among bread (320g), top with greens and yoghurt; roll to enclose filling.
