Method
1.In a large bowl, place chicken with combined remaining ingredients; toss chicken to coat in mixture. Cover; refrigerate 15 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, make chunky salsa.
3.Cook chicken in large oiled frying pan until cooked through. Serve chicken with salsa.
4.Make chunky salsa: In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
