Lemon mascarpone
Method
1.Cut watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
2.Place watermelon pieces in large serving bowl with strawberries, raspberries, plums, sugar and liqueur; toss gently to combine. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
3.To make lemon mascarpone, combine ingredients in small bowl.
4.Serve fruit salad with lemon mascarpone.
Use a melon baller to scoop watermelon into bite-sized balls, if desired, for a more decorative look.
