Ginger soy dressing
Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease and line two oven trays.
2.Place wonton wrappers on trays, bake about 5 minutes or until crisp.
3.Make ginger soy dressing. Combine ingredients in screw-top jar, shake well.
4.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Combine prawns and garlic in medium bowl. Heat oil in large frying pan, cook prawns until changed in colour.
5.Combine tatsoi, chilli and half the dressing in large bowl.
6.Divide salad among serving plates, top with prawns, drizzle with remaining dressing. Serve with wontons.
