Ingredients
Method
Preheat a 5.3-litre air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Combine pork mince, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, dill, caraway seeds, relish and vinegar in a large bowl; season well.
Cut pastry sheets in half. Spoon or pipe pork mixture in a line through the centre of each pastry piece; roll pastry over to enclose filling. Cut each roll into four pieces; place, seam-side down, on a tray lined with baking paper. Combine egg yolks and 1 teaspoon water in a small bowl. Brush pastry with egg and sprinkle with extra caraway seeds.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Taking care, place 8 sausage rolls in the basket; at 180°C, cook for 15 minutes until puffed and cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack. Repeat cooking two more times with the remaining sausage rolls.
Serve hot sausage rolls with sauce.
