The air fryer can make your vegetable side dishes the stars of the meal. For this easy air fryer broccolini recipe, we’ve added a medley of shiitake, king, oyster and button mushrooms. Drizzled with sweet and salty oyster sauce, air fryer broccolini with mushrooms is a fresh, fragrant and flavour-packed side.

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Combine broccolini, chilli and mushrooms in a large bowl, then add sesame oil; toss to coat. Season.
Taking care, place vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket; at 180°C, cook for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking time, or until vegetables are beginning to crisp at edges.
Sprinkle vegetables with garlic and sesame seeds; at 180°C, cook for a further 3 minutes until tender.
Serve vegetables drizzled with oyster sauce.
