How to make your own breadcrumbs

Start by taking a few slices of bread and remove the crusts; cut them into cubes and place them into a food processor.

Seal the processor and blitz until fine crumbs form.

To store your fresh breadcrumbs, place them in a takeaway container or resealable plastic bag; you can keep them in the freezer until they’re needed.
